Most small business sites were built to look fine.
Yours should be built to be found.

A website nobody finds is an expense, not an asset. I build sites that load fast, work properly on a phone, and are structured so both search engines and the AI tools people now ask can actually understand what you do.

You Depend on Being Found Locally

Most of your work comes from people nearby searching for what you do. If you’re not in the map results and your competitor is, that’s not a small gap. That’s the whole game, and it’s fixable.

You Are Stuck With a Site You Cannot Change

It was built years ago by someone you’ve lost touch with, or on a platform that costs more every year. Updating a phone number turns into a project. You want your site back under your control.

You Are Invisible to AI Search

Customers ask ChatGPT or Google’s AI for a recommendation and your name never comes up. You didn’t lose on ranking. Your site was never structured in a way those systems could read and quote.

The work that decides whether people find you.

Every project is scoped to what you actually need. These are the areas I work in, in whatever combination makes sense for where your business is right now.

Website Design & Build

Hand-built sites, not page-builder templates. That means they load fast, work on a phone, meet accessibility standards, and don’t slow to a crawl under a pile of plugins two years from now.

Local Search

Your Google Business Profile, your listings, and making sure your name, address, and phone number match everywhere they appear. None of it is glamorous, and it’s usually the fastest win available to a local business.

Technical SEO

Page speed, heading structure, internal linking, crawlability, and structured data. The parts nobody sees and every search engine reads. This is where most small business sites quietly lose.

AI Search Optimization

Getting named when someone asks an AI assistant instead of typing a search. That means content shaped into clear answers, structured data an AI can trust, and a consistent business identity across the sources it reads.

Content & Email Marketing

Articles that answer the questions your customers actually ask, and email that keeps you in front of people who aren’t ready to buy yet. Thirty years of selling is what tells me which words do the work.

Ongoing Care

Updates, monitoring, small changes, and someone to call when something breaks. A site left alone for three years stops earning long before anyone notices.

I sold for thirty years before I built
a single website.

That order matters more than it sounds. Most people who build websites come at it from design or code, and they build something that looks correct. I came at it from three decades of sitting across from customers, so I already knew the part most sites get wrong: what makes someone trust you enough to call.

Along the way I ran marketing as well as sales in a highly specialized industry, so I’ve been on both sides of the argument about what a website is supposed to do. I’ve also spent the past year on how AI systems read and recommend businesses. That question matters more every year, and most of the industry is still pretending it won’t.

What you get is one person who builds the site, handles the search side, and writes the words. Not an agency where the person you met isn’t the person doing the work.

You’ll know what you’re getting before you spend anything.

No discovery packages, no retainer before we’ve spoken, and no proposal full of things you didn’t ask for.

1

Reach Out

Call or email and tell me roughly what is going on. Whether that’s a site that needs replacing, or just the sense that people aren’t finding you. No form required.

2

I Look at What You Have

I go through your current site and search presence and tell you plainly what’s working, what’s costing you, and what I’d do about it. You get that whether or not you hire me.

3

A Scoped Plan

If it makes sense to work together, you get the scope, the price, and the timeline in writing before anything starts. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you that too.

Ready to see where you actually stand?

Reach out and tell me what’s going on. I’ll go through your site and your search presence and tell you plainly what I find, whether or not you end up hiring me.
